Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Para Na mobile application or website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Para Na is a digital platform that connects jeepney and bus passengers with nearby drivers in Cavite, Philippines. The Service allows passengers to submit hail requests via a mobile app, which are then transmitted to drivers in the vicinity.

Para Na is a technology platform only. We do not own, operate, or control any jeepney, bus, or other vehicle. Transportation services are provided independently by third-party drivers and operators.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using Para Na, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Para Na, you agree to:

• • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• • Not submit false or misleading hail requests
• • Not use the Service to harass, deceive, or harm other users or drivers
• • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the Service
• • Keep your account credentials confidential (if applicable)

5. Hail Request System

When you press the “Para Na!” button, a live hail request is created and transmitted to nearby drivers with your approximate location. This request is active for 5 minutes and automatically expires if not fulfilled.

Para Na does not guarantee that a driver will accept or respond to your request. Availability depends on the number of active drivers in your area at any given time.

6. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers using Para Na are independent operators and are not employees or agents of Para Na. They are responsible for complying with all applicable traffic laws, LTO regulations, and franchise requirements. Para Na is not liable for the actions, conduct, or safety record of any driver.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Para Na and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• • Failure of a driver to respond to a hail request
• • Any incident occurring during transportation
• • Service interruptions or technical errors
• • Loss or damage resulting from reliance on the Service

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Para Na Service — including the name, logo, app design, and source code — are the exclusive property of Para Na and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required for operational or legal reasons.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cavite, Philippines.
